With Natalie at the helm, the company has opened two new locations, launched an eCommerce website focused on a complete user experience, and leads the company in an overall young, fresh, and creative direction. One notable initiative has been improving the customer experience. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Natalie says “I would have to say the most difficult obstacle I’ve had to overcome was bringing our brick-and-mortar stores into the eCommerce space. Building our online presence was important to me because as a millennial myself I spend a lot of time with screens and know that the future is digital. While building our first website the process came together rather smoothly but the end product did not supply a unique user experience like I had envisioned. The interface was clunky, the colors were drab, and it was difficult to checkout with our most famous deal, our 3 Suit Deal Package, where you can get 3 suits including dress shirts, belts, socks, and ties with each suit! With the website in this state I decided we had to take our store front down and take it back to the drawing board where we spent 2 years coming up with every detail focused on a complete user experience from first click to delivery. We have a small dedicated team so we all worked very closely at every step of the way. I’m very proud of how far our site has come and while it’s still very young we’re already drafting what’s next, custom suits, unique labels & much more are on their way.”
