Meet Na’ama Malkah of Kivi Services LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Na’ama Malkah.

Hi Na’ama, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
California was under a lockdown during COVID 19. I wanted to do something that would help the community and make the general public feel safe. I started my sanitation/disinfection business in Riverside, California and moved Kivi Services LLC, to Los Angeles, California in 2020.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Kivi Services LLC, started smoother than possible transitioning from Riverside to Los Angeles, California. My employees were more of a help and guide. My customers were great at word of mouth regarding my commercial cleaning services, allowing my brand to build.

My difficulties were starting my company in Dubai, UAE. Learning the new business laws, the customs of how business is conducted, and building my brand on foreign land had some stumbling blocks, but with tenacity, Kivi Services is productive and prospering!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Kivi Services, means the world to my late dad, Vester Morgan Chambers and I. Kivi Services, commercial cleaning business was a brainstorm between my dad and I before he passed in 2019 of esophageal cancer . Kivi Services niche is we customized our commercial cleaning and sanitation business to fit the needs of the customer. We are not a one size cookie cutter commercial cleaning company, we look at the customers request and needs and move forward with providing excellent cleaning and customer service. I am so proud that I birthed a company that stands on health, hygiene, morality, and affordability. Also, we are moving beyond the borders of America. In time I want Kivi Services, to be apart of the global market in regarding to commercial cleaning.

Kivi Services offers basic, standard, and deep cleaning services. We offer these services to hospitals, clinics, daycares, schools, residential homes, buildings, and office spaces. We also do move in/out cleaning, events, and AIR BNB’s. We are a company that uses ECO friendly cleaning solutions that is reducing carbon foot printing.
