Meet Michelle Cochran of Skin With Michelle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Cochran.

Michelle, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hello, Well my story began when I was about 19 years old and my teenage acne began to come back. As a teen I tried so many regimens for my breakouts and nothing seemed to work. I decided to try some natural products and they seemed awesome but didn’t seem like they were MADE for my skin. I began researching and creating my own skin care. Specifically for my skin issues. I was able to naturally heal my cystic acne. Once I shared on social media my story I was able to help others. Now I help others with cystic acne, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and more.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I would say for the most part it has been a fairly smooth road for me. Every day I choose to make it a lesson and learn what I can do better the next day. In the beginning it was difficult trying to map out exactly what I wanted for my business but now two years I am a complete believer that everything happens for a reason.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’d love to tell you more about my business. My business is set aside from the others because I work to heal skin. My drive comes from healing other people. So if someone is struggling I hand craft skin care that will help them and if it does not work I will create something for their skin until it does work. I take pride in being able to heal babies eczema and teenage acne. When people come back and tell me they don’t wear make up anymore or they’re eczema isn’t keeping them up at night. I think that sets me aside from of others.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
In 5-10 years, I will have store-front locations across the U.S with accessible vegan, natural skincare. That is customizable and healing for family’s everywhere. Our first mall cart opens July 1st in Tulsa, OK. So the expansion is very close.
