Today we’d like to introduce you to Meyra Cordova.

Meyra, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
MAS! stands for Movement Art and Sound, Movimiento Arte y Sonido, why did I choose MAS! as a name you ask, because I work and get inspired by dancing, acting, exercising, writing, reading, meditating, music, singing, performing, producing. I work with passion and professional drive in all the areas that my company service. Having my crew planning your event is not only fun, is professional and approachable. As a young girl, my passion was just to be able to perform and share positivism and love for life. Now at MAS! my mission is to share this passion with a professional manner. I strongly believe that doing what you love the most, you can inspire others to thrive and to be connected to their souls, bettering themselves and the world around them. So we will provide Entertainment with a crew that works perfectly harmonious and you will be having the time of your life in your event, changing the world this way one party at a time!

Music is the glue in all I do. I was very fortunate to be able to tour the world at a very young age, working as an actor in Theater or a backup singer/dancer for several renowned artists throughout Latin America. Performing at the best theaters in many countries, where audiences were at full capacity night after night including Mexico City was a blessing. Mexico City is known as the platform to success within Latin American countries. I am also former recording artist for Polygram Discos in Mexico City and decided to move to sunny California in pursue of new and exciting experiences and opportunities.

Los Angeles has been full of ‘Angels’ for me and many opportunities. I have worked diligently and have had achieve many goals not only musically like my former band “KiMEY” album recorded in Los Angeles and working in the Entertainment industry, but also personally.

Through music, I was able to work with well-known high-end bands, great vocalists, amazing producers, and traveling all over the world since 2000 having the privilege to perform for the troops and much more. I became an entrepreneur with the launching of MAS! Entertainment Group Live Music Entertainment to provide professional Entertainment services as well as detailed production of your event and personally, I have a beautiful family and friends here in LA.

I felt a little shy about this, but as the project changes I’m a chameleon. Now very proud for being able to adapt and carve my love for music and dancing, producing and planning, writing and performing in many different ways. I have the opportunity to work with people from all paths of life almost every day, and is a pleasure to ride with them to the desired dream party or event! Since my experience is not limited to a professional Singer/Dancer but also in the production field I felt compelled to venture into creating a platform for Live Music and Entertainment company so I added Dance Shows and Designed choreography much looked up in Quinceañera parties.

At MAS! we offer our main cross over, variety, cover band SILKY RIOT in any configuration of your choice, giving you not only a traditional Latin music flare, but music in all American styles and genres with high energy performances that can please the needs on any event and the most demanding clients.

MAS! Entertainment Group is 100 % Professionalism and soul, but detailed business management in every event, providing full bands, dance show, bundled services or a freelance single voice. We plan, produce, sing, perform, and deliver entertainment services from our hart to the dance floor. You’ll see me with a smile and heels in every event, that’s for sure!

Has it been a smooth road?
Yes! many obstacles and bumps, but that’s life. Now dealing with this or rejection has only two roads. Either you lose your drive or get back up stronger. I choose to get back up, and is all good!
