Hi Mehdi, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
As the two-time Arnold Classic champion and Mr. Olympia finalist, I found my true passion in life. I have been able to utilize my strengths to transform thousands of people around the world. I had a facility in our country Iran for ten years and came here to USA as an extraordinary ability person because of my awards, magazine and all I did for fitness industry. Me and my wife opened up TOP Notch Fitness in orange county three years ago.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
When you open a new business as a non American especially with this amount of competition is not a smooth road. But we gave our 100% every day and gave our customers the best service. We started with 1 or 2 clients in each of the group classes then we got more and more clients everyday by referral. Our job is all about building a loyal community by giving them the best service so now most of our classes are full.

Me and my wife Sepi both are head coach for 15 years with many certifications and awards. The most amazing thing is transforming people to be healthy and strong. We create Top Notch to capture our very unique and scientifically designed approach to strength and conditioning and change people’s life.
What does success mean to you?
In our business, when you can even change one person life, means success to us. The appreciation and satisfaction of customers means success.
