Meet Martín O’Hara

Today we’d like to introduce you to Martín O’Hara.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Martín. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Living in Los Angeles, you’re bound to encounter people from all walks of life, from all over the world, each with their own unique story to tell. It’s an essential part of what makes living here so great. As an immigration attorney, it’s important for me to give back to the community and serve those in need, particularly those who are not originally from here.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been a smooth road. There have been plenty of struggles along the way, including, but not limited to running my own solo law practice while managing people’s (understandable) worry and stress and at the same time grappling with complex laws and policies that are constantly changing.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Law Office of Martín P. O’Hara – what should we know?
I am a solo practitioner, specializing in immigration law. I handle all types of immigration cases, from naturalization, deportation defense, asylum, DACA, you name it. I am most proud of the fact that I handle all aspects of my cases. It’s just me, so when I work on a case, I do it all from start to finish.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
The characteristic that’s most important to my success is dedication. I’m dedicated to my clients. I’m dedicated to finding solutions to complex problems. I’m dedicated to serving the immigrant community in Los Angeles and beyond.
