Meet Marlo Lemmon

Today we’d like to introduce you to Marlo Lemmon.

Marlo, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
About 2.5 years ago, my life had a massive shift and what started out as being the most devastating turn of events ended up being some of my most beautiful gifts. My husband and partner of 14 years and dad to my 15 month old son, took his own life. From that day forward, my journey began. I knew the life I was living up until that point was not the life my son and I were meant to have and the way I was doing things was obviously not serving me well. With each event, emotion, milestone I tackled, I learned more and more about myself and what I was put here to do. While grasping to every healing modality I could get my hands on or that was suggested; both holistic and western-based, I connected with a healer, Alessandro Giannetti of Guided Light Healing.

After my first 1:1 session my life shifted in the most beautiful ways. Not only was I given tools and the awareness to make some huge perception shifts, I also realized my soul pull AKA what I was put here to do. Shortly after that session together, I was asked to be a part of his teacher training program at GLH. This opportunity not only elevated my tools and abilities innately as a healer, but built the foundation to heal myself, establish a strong sense of self and trust, while accumulating the tools and experience to help teach others how to do the same. Not to mention by healing myself, I now was able to help those closest to me overcome the traumas we had experienced. It’s an ever-changing journey, but one thing is certain – the growth, awareness and beauty that is a daily constant, would not have gotten me to where I am without the path I had to take to get here. For that, I would do it all again 🙂

Has it been a smooth road?
Ummm nope. But I can say once I dove head first to accumulate tools to navigate through this shift, it had an ease to it that I had never experienced before. The struggles have for sure been life-changing, but beautiful. I realized how strong and brave we actually are when we have no other option. It’s magical to experience. My ability to see things from a wide-angle lens has been detrimental to my healing and the work I do and how I navigate this chapter and the chapters ahead for my son and I. I’d say the biggest shift I’m having to balance and work with, is being a single mom to an energetic, opinionated, spit fire three year old boy. More specifically the discussions we are having as his awareness grows in regards to our dynamic. Ours is very different and I guess you could say out of the norm – but we’re ok with that – different is our M.O.

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
I currently take 1:1 sessions with clients (remote and in person) as an intuitive energetic healer. Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes and these sessions together are about creating the greatest shifts and life changes possible. Includes: intuitive guidance; regarding health, relationships, finances, life decisions or any area of your life you want to focus on. Along with energetic healing; trauma and past healing, moving out of fear, giving you specific perception shifts to take your power back and clearing energy to create flow in your life instantly. I teach people how to move through their daily life with a new outlook, by applying tools to their real-life circumstances, to bring about the most effortless shifts and more.

I also work with small groups of men and women hosting what I call a Soul Circle. Whether in person or remotely, in these sessions I either pick a topic I intuitively pick up on is the most beneficial for the group, or go with how things flow based on what is brought up. We talk about all sorts of events, experiences, and tools to process or move through any sort of life events, traumas or just flat out shoot the shit. I’m very passionate about helping people show up as their most authentic self, jump onto their soul path, overcoming trauma and balancing the polarity between their masculine and feminine energies for the most synergistic balance.

Lastly, I’m currently writing a book about my story, how I’ve gotten where I’m at and where I’m going from here. My story is so multifaceted that there will be pieces (if not multiples) that everyone can relate to. My goal is by telling my story and how I was able to heal (in what feels like lightning speed), I can help others do the same. We all deserve to live an amazing fulfilling life and I’m grateful I went through what I did, to earn the right to be a part of that journey for others.

Ultimately I’m letting people know; I see them, I hear them and that I’ve got their backs. BUT the real gift is when I get to teach them how to have their own. The magic is in the empowerment 🤍

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the opportunities available and the community of people I’ve been lucky enough to cross paths with in this spiritual healing space. Can’t forget all the healthy foodie options that are so accessible, the weather and of course the beach. The ocean has a calming magic to it 🌊✨
