Business was established in 1978 and it was the 1st uniform store in the Los Angeles area servicing hospitals, doctors, restaurants, security, movie industries and individuals. It was under the name of Nadine Uniforms and for many years operating under this name. Later the name was changed to Uniforms Depot & still until now. It is fun place to come and check out good quality uniforms for a different type of business; from the automotive industry to restaurant, doctor, maid, postman even you will find a chauffeur hat here. Please visit us and have fun.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The swing of economy pushed me, many times, to the edge forcing me to find a new way to deal with each customer, giving a better uniform’s discount even offer a free uniform from time to time. It took some kind of sacrifice on my behalf. To stay in a good standing business is not so easy & perhaps it never was.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Uniforms Depot story. Tell us more about the business.
The Uniforms store is quite unique as it offers many different type of uniforms like no other stores around. It have been established for over 37 years and in the past served mostly the movie industry. It was the only store at that time which had a great relationship with the Hollywood great directors and big movie stars.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
There was no luck just hard work only and a good service with personal sacrifice.
