Meet Lynn Moore of Rebel Humans / Neuropeak in Venice

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lynn Moore.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Growing up in a military family meant traveling the world and experiencing different cultures, yet it also meant never developing strong roots in one community, living at poverty levels, and always having to start over. Like many, I experienced a challenging childhood and tumultuous family life, yet because of those challenges I also grew resilient, independent, and adaptable.

As a teenager, I landed in a small town in the panhandle of Florida, where drugs were prevalent, most survived on minimum wage and stayed to live their entire lives. I was on my own financially at an early age, yet a voice inside of me grew louder, rebelling against the paths pre-destined for security by society and I chose creativity, I chose to be an actress, despite the dismay of pretty much everyone I knew. With such a seemingly hefty dream, I knew it going to be a journey against all odds, and mostly, a journey against my fears, doubts, and insecurities.

Without any guidance on how to survive as an adult, and suitcase full of emotional baggage, I began devouring books on personal development, spirituality, and productivity like a sushi buffet. I would spend hours in a bookstore’s self-help section in between my jobs as a freelance photographer and traveling many hours to larger cities in the south for auditions. After a few years of booking a couple of theatre tours, national commercials, and some small television gigs, one night I ended up in a seedy dive bar with another actor friend and placed a drunken bet on a tournament of foosball that stated if I lost, I had 90 days to move to L.A. Ahead in the tournament for most of it, I almost won the $300 on the table, but as the saying goes, ‘almost doesn’t count’ and in a single moment, was forced to face a fear, follow what I wanted, and start all over again.

Some years have past now in L.A, and I’ve continued to work as an actor, but what became most important to me was the deep continuous work I was doing in the consciousness and personal development fields over the years. I experienced first hand how the work positively transformed my life and others whom I work with as well. It became clear to me that the dream was mostly a guiding light out of hopelessness into my own transformation, and that then provided the ability, experience, education and tools to pass along. To change the world for the better, you must first change yourself for the better. I took that to heart and studied and trained in Neuro-linguistic Programming, Sub Personality Voice Dialogue, EFT, Shamanic Journeywork, Jin Shin Jyutsu and the ongoing advances in neuroscience.

After building a few businesses through the years in other industries, I decided to create Neuropeak, a program designed to help you re-wire your brain to reach your greatest potential. I also wanted to create a community of like-minded, consciousness seeking individuals who were interested in self-actualization, productivity, and social transformation so I created Rebel Humans to commune with those who really like to rebel against the status quo.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It’s been about as smooth as riding an old wooden roller coaster with broken tracks while trying to sip on a cup of tea. I feel my entire life has been an un-smooth, unpaved road, but that is what makes it such a grand adventure. It’s the challenges that make the progress so rewarding. There’s a great book ‘The Obstacle is the Way’ by Ryan Holiday that I love to read when I need the reminder.

Building a business from scratch is a struggle. It takes up so much time and every resource you have, yet I believe part of our magical power as human beings is the ability to bring vision to reality. I’ve had many late nights where those deep-seated fears and doubts attempt to hijack the brain and it’s been a consistent practice in mindfulness and perseverance.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Rebel Humans / Neuropeak – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.
Neuropeak is a step-by-step program that uses evidence-based methods to ignite our brain’s hidden power to reach our greatest potential. It maximizes neuroplasticity, our ability to re-wire our own brain, at any age, and strengthens mental and emotional consciousness and resilience. We also help you restructure your daily rituals and habits through scientifically proven techniques so that your clarity, creativity, focus, and productivity levels are amplified and you can set those big goals and big dreams and achieve them in less time, with more balance and peace along the way.

Rebel Humans is a community of exploration. We challenge ourselves and those around us to be better humans and live a life of radical self-expression and authenticity. Through our creative endeavors, we explore humanity. We lead ourselves first and then lead those around us.

I’m most proud of the personal transformation I continue to undergo. Richard Bach said it best, “We teach best what we most need to learn.” and it’s a daily learning journey for me through the development of both of these platforms. I hope these platforms provide the same powerful, practical tools and wisdom for creating the inspiration, freedom, and joy that they continually give to me and those I work with.

One of the challenges I had over the years of devouring self-development was having incredible and inspiring information scattered across too many platforms and across too many subjects. It took me years to gather the information and years to figure out how to put it to good use through trial and error. So I created a program that simplifies everything and first creates an understanding of the neuroscience of transformation. Then it gives a step-by-step process that includes audio meditations to help re-wire the brain with you along with productivity and accountability systems to keep you aligned with your passion and purpose so that you can continue to guide yourself on your journey. I want everyone to be their own guru. We have that power within us, sometimes we just need a clear plan to keep us on track.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
The platforms are currently in their final development stages, so I’m incredibly excited about the upcoming launch. The RebelHumans.com website just went up and gave people the opportunity to get 50% off of the Neuropeak program when it becomes available. Results with my current clients who are beta testing are so inspiring and I’m really looking forward to evolving and growing together with the community.

I believe that the work we do personally as human beings is the key to overcoming humanities biggest challenges and ushering a new era of consciousness, compassion and awareness in the world and is at it’s best when we choose to do it together.
