Today we’d like to introduce you to Meet Linda Bradley Photography.
Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
Linda Bradley Photography started with a deep love of people and capturing their special moments. LBP is a mother-daughter photography studio based in Los Angeles. We specialize in newborn, headshot, pet, and travel photography. Photography is an art form like no other; it gives us the opportunity to capture a special moment between loved ones, to be treasured for years to come!
Please tell us about your art.
Both Linda and Laura have worked in the performing and visual arts for over 15 years. What truly makes their work stand out is their love and understanding of people. They have a unique ability to encourage and support their subject to bring out their confidence and beauty. We love our work and consider it a privilege to collaborate with amazing, talented, and curious creatives! LBP started with a focus on headshots, our work quickly became known amongst CDs and producers for capturing something unique about the artist. As our business grew, we expanded into newborn and children’s photography. Linda, a nurturing Mother to her core, has the ability to capture newborns and their parents in such a special way! Newborns grow and change so quickly; having those tiny expressions and memories frozen in time is priceless! Laura specializes in travel photography, taking her camera off road and into nature rarely seen. In 2019 LBP premiered its nature collection, available on the site. The first collection features images from some of California’s most breathtaking parks and hidden treasures, like Joshua Tree, Anza Borrego, and Yosemite. In a city like LA full of artists, creatives and dreamers, the mother-daughter pair have found a career they love, and that gives back! With Southern charm and an eye for capturing spectacular moments, this team is unlike any other in the city of angels.
Choosing a creative or artistic path comes with many financial challenges. Any advice for those struggling to focus on their artwork due to financial concerns?
I believe the limitless opportunities we now have to share our work is a huge blessing! With every change, the opportunity for it to help or hurt your creativity is up to you. We have chosen to grow and expand with the social media era. Social media has connected the globe in a way no one could have imagined 20 years ago. We proudly call Southern CA home, and consider it a gift to enjoy the beautiful faces and places around us; to think our artwork is now hanging in multiple different countries is amazing. I think major metropolitan cities like LA support a creative environment. We would love to see the support of female artists and photographers more. It’s still a primary male career, especially in our work, a women’s natural nurturing nature is key.
How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
