Meet Dr. Lin Lin Heine of Yin Yang Acupuncture in Simi Valley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Lin Lin Heine.

Dr. Heine comes from a family that goes back generations of herbalists and oriental physicians specializing in the use of ear point acupuncture therapy.

She was a medical doctor in China. She practiced as a pediatric physician in Wuhan using traditional Western Medical techniques along with massage therapy and herbs. She was an attending Pediatric Physician at a hospital, as well as practicing in a private practice, educating children with asthma in the use of medication and other techniques to prevent asthma attacks. She was named Vice Chief Physician of the hospital. From 1985 to 2001 she published many articles in medical journals in China.

She currently holds a Ph.D. in Oriental Medicine from American Liberty University in California as well as a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine from Samra University of Oriental Medicine in California, where she also passed her California licensing test.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I came to the US when I was 41 years old. I need to learn English and got acupuncture license.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Yin Yang Acupuncture Inc – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I opened Yin Yang Acupuncture Inc on March 2008. I am an acupuncturist using the circulation needles method which goes back Tao fourth generation. I also sell herbs.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I will open an acupuncture class and sell herbs online. I will invite famous acupuncturists from China to my clinic.
