Meet Lily Lucia of Unstoppable Goddess Co in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lily Lucia.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Lily. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
So this is a vulnerable story but I know that it’s what also got me here. When I was 15 in high school I was raped but someone I had previously dated. I was fairly promiscuous during high school and when I went to college I slept with only a few men. But one of them ended up giving me at STD. It was one I could get rid of but I felt that voice from God saying that I could sleep with one man, one time and from that moment on has a life long issue. That sex is sacred, that I am scared and that I must realign myself.

So I intuitively knew that Tantra was my path. I had gone through therapy which did help a lot but I was at a loss on how to reopen my heart, let men in emotionally and to have healing healthy sexual relationships. So I started my Tantra journey at 20 for my healing and over eight years of my study, path and healing I found that others were really curious about this subject as well. I then moved to California where I found my Tantra teacher and started to be her assistant, apprentice and studied under her for years. I think that our culture doesn’t have enough context or offerings about making sex something more than lust based.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Struggles come with all good journeys and my journey was no different. Part of my struggles was just belief in self and learning that I did have what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. I think it is easier to work for someone else and not have to be the face pushing your work to the world. You have to fully take responsibility and truly from your core what you offer in your company. The second biggest struggle after that was having the skills to feel and know that I could help people through this very intimate and powerful sacred work. I didn’t want to mess anyone up for working with me. Opening the Pandora box only to be able to fully help them.

What I realized is you offer what you know you can help with. I knew that I could help with rebuilding intimacy and creating sexuality into a spiritual practice. I decided that anyone that seemed to have a ton of undealt with the trauma that was above my skill set I would lovingly advise them to go to a therapist first. There is always struggles different ones whether that’s talking about my sensitive subject on Facebook or Instagram where they sensor you a lot or just feeling like either I am preaching to choir or people have zero ideas what I am talking about. I know see challenges as places I get to grow in so that I know even more how powerful I am!

Tell us about your company. What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of as a company? What sets you apart from others?
Unstoppable Goddess Company is a Tantra, Sacred Sexuality & Empowerment Company that works with through mind, body and soul for one of a kind transformations. I hold one on sessions, couples and group work to work with Tantra. The idea is that we sex is sacred and that we can have both powerful sex energy with a deep reverence for ourselves and partner. I work with people that are looking to create more depth, heal and recreate their place with intimacy in their lives. There are a lot of different shame, issues and needs that my clients have but their one same theme is they are looking to open more to depth, love and sacred intimacy.

I am most proud of my company for being a catalyst for people to heal and find a more true connection in their lives. Intimacy and connection are key to a flourishing life. Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory or one of them was going to jazzercise where we had choreography to one banana, two banana, three banana! I loved being leotards and having this super fun movement to do. I remember we performed it for our parents and I was in heaven!!! Jazzercise hen I was little was my favorite part of my week!!
