Today we’d like to introduce you to Lexii Lynn Frazier.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Lexii Lynn. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I had always loved music my whole life. I had tried different instruments growing up like violin & clarinet (both of which I was NOT good at) and later on drums, but none of them really stuck with me. I was heavily into sports all throughout growing up with soccer being my main focus. I had plans to go to college with offered scholarships to play and had even made it to the Olympic developmental level too. Around that time, I was 12 years old and I had discovered Eddie Van Halen. My mind was completely blown. I knew then that I wanted to play guitar. I started teaching myself by ear and through YouTube, diving really heavily into learning songs, and even performing live for the first time only 6 months after that. Since then, I decided music was what I wanted to do and that’s what I’ve been doing ever since. When I was 14, I was performing for thousands doing covers in Vegas and filmed my first TV role starring as myself. By 16, I had signed my first record deal with Simon Cowell, Louis Tomlinson (One Direction) under SONY. I am 19 now and have toured all over the US and Canada & have also been seen performing on the MTV Movie and TV Awards (June 2018) as well as many other platforms.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
HELL NO. It’s no secret that the music business (or any business at that) is not an easy road to take. The losses, the heartbreaks, the defeat. The same things anyone experiences when they fight for their dreams. It’s something you learn to accept and learn from in order to grow and gain experience for the future. I am currently fighting one of the toughest battles I’ve ever faced before with my health. Last August, I was diagnosed with a very serious, very rare and deadly blood disorder called Severe Aplastic Anemia that put a complete hold on my entire life. I almost didn’t make it in the beginning, but am very thankful I did and will continue to battle it for a long while through treatments and harsh medication. I have recently learned to accommodate it in order to continue on with my life and my music. I truly believe music is the only reason I got through some of the worst of it and know it will keep getting me through the rest of it, as long as it takes. I don’t know if I would be alive today without it,
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Lexii Lynn Frazier – what should we know?

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
There have been so many that have supported me along my journey. The fans and their support encourage me every single day. It’s amazing! Another huge, and very important person in my life is my friend Brent Woods, a multi-talented musician/producer/guitar player/etc., who has helped develop not just my guitar playing, but my understanding of music and the importance of tones and writing and so many other things, as well, which is just as important as the playing itself. Most importantly, my family – and more specifically, my parents, have been the biggest support system I’ve ever had. Without them, nothing I have ever done would’ve been possible and I am so grateful to have them in my life. There’s not a day that goes by that I take them for granted and I hope they know how much I love them.
