Meet Lenny Rosenberg

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Lenny Rosenberg. Lenny was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Adaeze Nwanonyiri.

Lenny , thank you so much for joining us today. We’d love for you to bring our readers up to speed – can you introduce yourself and share your story?
Lenny Rosenberg was born and raised in Plainview, Long Island. Since the tender age of seven he was immersed in the family business of bakeries from the East to the West Coast. His father, Robert Rosenberg, was a seasoned pro at rebranding bakeries and establishments for over 50 years including the landmark Eclairs in New York City.

Staring at the age of seven-years-old Lenny worked steadily in the family businesses until eventually the torch was passed to him. He bought and rebranded his first bakery at the age of 17 in New Jersey and continued to buy and rebrand many bakeries on the East coast until Lenny decided his talents were made for branching out across the country and his next stop would be Los Angeles CA.

Success quickly ensued and Lenny continued to purchase and rebrand multiple bakeries & restaurants at a time. In 2000 he met interior designer Adaeze Nwanonyiri. The duo joined forces and decided to embark in business together starting in Los Angeles to create the same commitment to quality, food, service and décor. They bought and rebranded such notable California restaurants such as Nosh of Beverly Hills, 17th Street Cafe, Marmalade Cafe in Santa Monica, Mayers Bakery in Palos Verdes, Lenny’s Bakery in Westwood and the beloved Mort’s deli in Pacific Palisades & Bea’s Bakery in Tarzana and many more

Lenny & Adaeze created there own company together called: LARS, which helps many bakeries and cafe’s develop & rebrand there establishments what sets us above & beyond anyone else is the niche we are in we not only love what we do because we are foodies but we are the best with over 30 years experience between the both of us in baking, cooking, rebranding and designing Lars is a premiere company that invests in bakeries & cafe’s to develop & rebrand them for a profit! Adaeze Nwanonyiri and Lars Restaurants have been great to us and I know you’ve got a great relationship with them as well. Maybe you can tell our audience a bit about Adaeze Nwanonyiri and Lars Restaurants and your experience with them.
Meeting Adaeze was the best thing first on a business level because she filled a gap in my business which I did not have by using her talent of being able to resign the look of each bakery/cafe to make it more suitable for customer flow and look. Also with the fact she being Nigerian and myself being Jewish we are able to fulfill a wide range of needs that clients want. and of course lastly being that she is my wife makes working together always interesting which leads us to our next project
