Meet Lauren Rote and Lana Safoian of All Good Feels

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Rote and Lana Safoian

Lauren and Lana, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Lauren and I (Lana) have known each other a loooooong time, like 7 years. She’s marrying my brother, Edmond, later this year and will be my sister(in-law) that I never thought I wanted, but definitely, have needed.

We’re clearly close, have a great friendship and are moved by each other’s passions in life. Last year’s Las Vegas shooting was deeply impactful on both of us and when we looked for something to wear to show our frustration with the epidemic of gun violence, there wasn’t anything out there, so we decided to create it.

That’s when we started All Good Feels.

We wanted to create a positive messaging brand that would help people find their voice, while also reminding them that despite the craziness in the world, there are good people doing good things.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Never sign up to be an entrepreneur if you’re looking for a smooth road. It’s never that way, so, fortunately, we prepared ourselves for that.

We’ve gone through many ups and downs, promising vendors that turned out to be bunk and unsuspecting meetings that turned out to be great for us.

Each day that we spend on our business is made of high and lows, so much so, that before lunch we could be on top of the world, and after lunch, we’re near tears. Other days it’s the opposite order. And there’s a whole lot of coffee in-between all of it.

But that’s what we love. We thrive on the reminder that we have to fight for our business everyday.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with All Good Feels – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We wanted to create a female-founded and operated brand to spread good feelings, positivity and inspiration no matter what the waves of the world would bring. We make quality apparel that is as visionary and alive as its customers. We aim to create what makes you feel good so you can go on and do good things.

Our product is made whole, 100% by the good people of Los Angeles. We see these people everyday, and collaborate with all of these women and men who we feel are invested in AGF’s success.

We also make a sincere commitment to charity by donating 10% of proceeds to worthy organizations, currently, everytown.org.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Our plans are to grow as a company, develop more quality product for our customers by adding collections and expanding beyond our shirt line. We aim to employ more people within our community and spread our brand through our website, social media and key collaborations.
