Lani, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I work with my clients to help them restore & maintain the health of their skin & body as a whole unit by treating conditions at their source. I help my clients restore beauty health & beauty with customized facial, body & wellness services.
My ideal clients are those who desire optimal health inside and out and appreciate a natural, holistic approach to skincare & wellness. They want results that don’t involve invasive procedures or questionable ingredients. They recognize the value of self-care and makes it a priority in their life.
I work with you and create an easy to follow plan designed just for you to optimize skin and body rejuvenation.
I holistically take aim at the origin of imbalances to impart real change. Using a multi-tiered approach, we partner with the skin & body to remodel and heal without causing inflammation.
By addressing your health as a whole unit & work WITH you to identify and address the root causes of your condition(s) I provide quick and permanent solutions while educating and empowering you to take charge of your life & health.
I wanted to help transform the aesthetic industry – to help people move away from weakening the skin and instead create a partnership that empowers healing and remodeling. Every action by the skin is perfect so our efforts should always be supportive and address the actual source of the imbalance. Permanent change is possible, your skin just needs to be inspired and awakened!
I worked as a RN for 20 years specializing in wound care. I experienced some health problems that set me back. Following the western medical model, I saw improvements, but I wanted a greater degree of health. This is what drove me to becoming more aware of alternative & natural means to a solution. It also inspired me to take a bold action step and make a career change to become an Esthetician. I noticed that there was a need for real change in mainstream esthetics because I wasn’t seeing many skin therapists and doctors address the health of the skin by addressing the health of the body as a whole. I combined my medical training (which includes knowledge of ingredients, medications, anatomy & physiology of the body/skin) with holistic/natural methods to create a systematic approach to restoring health & wellness for my clients. This is what makes me stand apart from other professionals in the beauty/skincare/wellness community.
My father passed away at the age of 50 to cancer. That led me to my original career choice of becoming a RN. When I became a Licensed Esthetician, I furthered my training to become certified in Oncology Skincare so that I could help cancer patients with skin related side effects caused by chemotherapy/radiation. Helping people look and feel better has always been my calling.
I address skin conditions at the cellular level – I work with my clients to correct internal imbalances to restore the health of their skin/body by addressing issues at the cellular level. I provide the education and support that allows my clients to transform their health naturally. My clients receive personalized service and ongoing support – they know that someone genuinely cares about their well-being!

This premise is what has inspired me to learn and practice ways to help you find balance and healing holistically. It gives me great joy to help my clients achieve results!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In his famous Stanford commencement speech, Steve Jobs said, “you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever.”
My illness tapped my resources, yet I was determined to own my own business. I learned that success isn’t linear – that there were going to be times where my confidence would be shaken and I would question myself. From the very start, I knew that I would need support from those that had knowledge, experience and a track record of success. I work with a business mentor and life coach, who provide me a high level of support, guidance and encouragement to continue to grow.
I have learned to embrace and thank what I call the “Terror Barrier” because what is on the other side is magical!
