Meet Kirk Dominguez of LA Record Truck

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kirk Dominguez.

Kirk, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
For over 30 years, I have been collecting, trading and selling records. The last 5 years I have taken my obsession w/ record dealing mobile as I now operate the USA’s premier mobile vintage vinyl record store.

I specialize in hand selected and inspected high quality vintage records.

I operate throughout Southern California; delivering records to events Thursday-Sunday on a weekly basis.

Has it been a smooth road?
Initially, finding my customers was difficult but, after a few years I have developed a circuit of Artwalks, Farmers Markets and Record Fairs where customers have come to expect high quality records at affordable prices.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
Not only am I the first and only mobile used record but, I also have decades of experience as a dealer and collector. each and every record is personally inspected, cleaned, and graded – attention to quality that is uncommon on a street level.

We let the records you love find you.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Los Angeles has always been the West Coast’s hotbed for bold innovation and execution, key elements my business hold in high regard.

Los Angeles is the city where dreams can be realized if one is dedicated and persistent.
