Meet Kevin Finley of Get Knowticed in DTLA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Finley.

Kevin, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started this business as a side hustle while working full time as a Digital Marketing Manager in corporate America. Formerly I worked at Google and for tech startups and helped driven revenue for these companies. I realized my marketing skills were unique and that I could bring this front and center to help other companies scale revenue.

In the summer of 2018, I went full time to pursue my goal of building my company and got out of the 9 to 5 world. Relocated to LA in 2019 and have been building a name for myself ever since.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Definitely has not been a smooth road. It is always a challenge getting buy-in on a new company or working with new businesses. Some of the struggles along the way include: getting to the keyholders for companies, establishing the brand as an authority to new prospects, understanding positioning in the market with our pricing. The sales cycle was also a challenge as many buyers did not want to make decisions as fast as we wanted.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Get Knowticed – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Get Knowticed helps companies increase revenue & customers through ROI-focused marketing. We specialize in PPC, Facebook/Instagram Advertising, SEO, Email-Marketing and Brand Strategy.

I’m most proud of as a company the level of detail we point into each marketing campaign for our clients. What truly sets us apart from the competition is we know what it takes to get our clients “knowticed” and aren’t a cookie-cutter agency.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We are currently scaling out the team and adding more specialists. I’m excited about building our internal brand strategy and generating more content for our community. We are a fully remote agency although we do have an office in DTLA. Just looking forward to expansion and more growth – and becoming a household name in the marketing space.
