Meet Kenny Loetz of Primate Pest Elimination in Valencia

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kenny Loetz.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I worked for 2 other pest control companies and I saw that the customers weren’t being taken care the way I believed they should. So I gathered the necessary experience and started Primate Pest Elimination in 2012. The first 2 years I was on my own answering the calls, scheduling, and being the technician in the field. The phone calls were becoming so overwhelming that I had to bring someone on board. Now I have my brother and operations manager Brad Loetz overseeing the day to day operations with multiple techs in the field.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been a relatively smooth process. The only part that was wild in the beginning was answering calls and putting them down on the schedule while driving and doing the tech work. It was so much fun watching it grow and seeing the hard work pay off.

Please tell us about Primate Pest Elimination.
We are a pest control company that specializes in home and business. We pride ourselves in our customer service that is second to none. We strive to treat every customer as if they are family.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I don’t think I would do anything different because there have been no real setbacks and all the minor hiccups I treat as valuable learning experiences. It’s got me to where I am and where I’m going.
