Meet Keltie Knight of LadyGang Podcast in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Keltie Knight.

Keltie, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
When we started our podcast there really were only a few women centric shows out there- the landscape was mostly sports and bro-talk. It was hard to explain what we were doing to publicists and celebrities because no one was actually doing it yet. That was a challenge. Our challenges have changed now, we never have enough time, have too many people that want to come on the show, and we just launched our second episode a week!

Has it been a smooth road?
We funded the entire project by ourselves and every penny we made for the first while went back into Lady Gang! It was a lot of work that we knew would pay off one day, but at the time we were really taking a giant bet on ourselves!

So, let’s switch gears a bit and go into the LADYGANG podcast story. Tell us more about the business.
Becca and I were throwing around ideas and really both had this feeling in our guts that whatever was next for us, we were going to need to create it for ourselves. We had an idea for a show but we needed a third lady- I instantly thought of Jac because she’s basically the coolest person I’ve ever met. She said yes! We are the proudest about bringing together ladies from all over the world into our gang and making stumbling through womanhood as little more inclusive!

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Podcasts will get even more popular and many of the streaming and TV channels will take notice!
