Today we’d like to introduce you to Keiko Uehara.

Keiko, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am the founder of BMA organic salon and Head Spa! Sayaka is my partner and talented master stylist and Head Spa, technician. BMA stands for Blow Me Away as I purchased an existing “blow dry bar” but have totally transformed it. With BMA organic salon and Head Spa, we have brought to Los Angeles, California USA the incredible Head Spa experience within our awesome cutting edge full-service salon on exciting 3rd Street in the Beverly Grove neighborhood. Head Spa is a fairly new service to American beauty industry. An organic Hair and scalp therapeutic massage conditioning treatment consists of thirty minutes to one hour of total relaxing bliss in s private spa room. Perfect for men and women of all ages. We are totally excited to introduce our Head Spa!

You might ask what is Head Spa? Well, Sayaka, my personal hair stylist and I often spoke about this topic. Why is it that we have with all the wonderful beauty care and wellness services available in America, yet there is no Head Spa. Head Spa is big in Japan. Head Spa starts with an initial consultation and analysis using a tri-cho-analyzer that takes a micro image of the scalp. The technician will then create the custom program for your initial and long-term hair and scalp treatment. Once resting in our comfortable imported Head Spa recliner, your hair and scalp with be bathed in purifying and organic shampoo infused with Jojoba oil. You will be completely pampered with a deep scalp massage, Japanese style shampoo service, along with a super relaxing micro-mist treatment to gently open your hair cuticle layer for extreme deep conditioning. You will immediately have results of ultra soft and shiny hair and an invigorated and baby skin like scalp.

After a long search for the best organic care product, we finally found Oway. This special line from Bologna, Italy is used in all our Head Spa treatments and salon services. We offer these products for any hair and scalp condition. Oway products are organic, cruelty-free, vegan, fair trade and eco-material certified. Its free from artificial colorants, synthetic fragrances, petrolatum, SLS/SLES, PEG/PPG/BG, GMO’s, parabens and phthalates.

Our success means more people will know about this organic color and head spa service and benefit from it and be healthy abandoning all the chemical color and products.
