I am the founder of Wright Hands Management which is my talent and entertainment management company.
I hold a Bachelor of Communication (mass communication and public relations) from Eastern Connecticut State University and have over 15 years of experience in the field with multiple awards under my belt.
My career started in Atlanta, Georgia styling famous comedians Kat Williams and Ashima Franklin. then I moved to Los Angeles where I open a clothing store called this that and other that was a period of seven years then I transition from styling to management services
2015 I created www.wrighthandsmgmt.com a Management company to help Young professionals achieve their goals and dreams. Also to help those who are in underprivileged communities. See a future when no opportunities were given
We specialize in entertainment and talent branding ultimately improving their bottom line by crafting creative solutions to their business problems.
If 2022 has a theme, it would be growth.
The outlook for revenue growth is strong for 2023 Currently Wright Hands Management is on track to increase revenue by 35% in the 1sr quarter of 2023

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The struggle started, in the beginning, creating a sound business model also by just trying to understand the management models that are out there. When you’re a small boutique management company and you start it out on your own, there is a lot of work. From starting the LLC getting your licenses, building networks and connections, putting yourself out there, public speaking, business plans, and paying your taxes and all those things that come along with businesses when you don’t know where to start and you’re learning everything on your own as you go and having mentors teach you certain things, but not everything
We’ve been impressed with Wright Hands Management, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Wright Hands Management is a full-service talent and artist management agency based in Los Angeles California. We believe that talent is not something that is simply discovered – it requires hard work, vision, cultivation, dedication, and the personalized attention we provide. We strive to secure the most lucrative jobs for our clients in the entertainment industry. Our daily commitment is to ensure that our clients achieve their professional and personal goals. Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most profound lesson that I learned is that you have to continue to believe in yourself when all else fails keep striving and you have to continue to push for your dreams because they are your dreams and they are no one else’s continue to strive for excellence in the face of adversity there will be plenty of But the single most important lesson is to have a strong support system of family and friends, who are willing to talk with you and help you through the moments you fail you’re failingno’s but there will be a yes, that will help catapult you to the next level continue to knock on doors and break the glass ceiling.
