Today we’d like to introduce you to Juan Carlos and Kelly Alvarez.

So we’ve heard great things about you guys – we’d love to hear more about how it all started.
Wave House Cleaning started with a passion for providing a trusted and reliable cleaning service and the belief that a clean home creates a happy life. Founders Juan Carlos and Kelly Alvarez were looking to create a solution that was on point and well priced while eliminating the need for our customers to worry about hidden fees or supervising the work. Since 2008, our passion has grown from a dream to a thriving and rapidly growing business that we now proudly serve in the Phoenix, Arizona and Los Angeles, California areas.

We owe our success to the unwavering support we have received from our community and as we grow we continue to find new ways to give back. In 2013, the Wave House Cleaning Project was created in order for us to contribute hands-on.

Whether we’re cleaning up beaches, volunteering at animal shelters or getting highly involved in local missions, Wave House Cleaning Project strives to make a positive impact on our environment and community.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We have run into struggles along our journey but we have always taken them as learning experiences in order to improve our business and systems. Our main goal has always been our customer’s satisfaction and we strive to achieve that in our daily operations.

We specialize in residential and vacation rental cleaning (Airbnb). Our approach to cleaning is simple: trusted, qualified professionals, low flat rates and happiness guaranteed.

We connect individuals looking for a home or vacation rental cleaning with pre-screened trusted qualified professionals.

We offer initial (deep) cleanings for our new clients and upkeep cleanings to follow at a lower competitive rate. Each has a set list of services so our clients are fully aware of what they are paying for, and we also offer extra services such as laundry on site if needed.

As a family owned company, we put a lot of pride and hard work into meeting the needs of our customers and building long-term relationships with each of them.
