Today we’d like to introduce you to Joseph Ferri.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Imigrated from France in 1984, I was an actor, singer, dancer in NY. meaning I was a waiter for most of the time :).
I became a Maitre D’ in a high end French restaurant, while my acting careeer was not progressing. Moved to LA in 2000 still pursuing an acting career. Answered a Craiglisit ad to be a “bubblologist” Through a set of surconstances, I took over the company in 2006 with clients in Southern California and a couple threatening to sue. Resolved all the issues and grew it to what it is now, serving Southern California, The bay area and Sacramento. We perform at birthday parties, Schools and Libraries. This last spring me and my wife wrote and produced a musical called ” Adanza” which ran for 2 week ends at the Eastwood Performing Art Center in Los Angeles.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Finding good/reliable performers is always difficult. More so in the recent years. Covid was, of course a difficult time as everything shot down and had to find all new performers once we started again
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Bubblemania main directive is to show that learning can be fun. Specifically, we promote independent and creative thinking with scientific method as an excellent model for exploring life in general and facilitating the learning of new concepts. We are proud to have a presentation that promotes independent and creative thinking with scientific method as an excellent model for exploring life in general and facilitating the learning of new concepts. Unlike other “bubble shows” we present an interactive program on the science of bubbles. which is one of the reasons we have many schools that asks us back, year after year.
