Hi Jimmy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I, Jimmy Coco am an American pioneer and inventor, who. In 2003, started a business around a one in a million idea: mobile tanning that comes to you. Living in Los Angeles, my niche concept would catch on almost instantly, changing the way Hollywood celebrities prepare for red carpet events. Soon, my vision hailed me as Hollywood’s Celebrity Tanner. My business model would influence an industry of mobile tanners globally..
Over the next decade i would apply my signature glow to the rich and famous in Hollywood and abroad. You have seen my work on some of the most iconic fashion looks of our time. I have been blessed with many awards including Allure Magazines Best of Beauty multiple times, and appeared on many tv shows around the world. Some of my career highlights include working backstage tanning the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show (10 years), Access Hollywood’s Oscar Fashion Fix, inventor-the heart shaped butt-lift contour, made famous by Kim Kardashian, while enjoying a lasting relationship bronzing the Kardashian & Jenner family to this day..
Fast forward to 2023 I launched my product line, Sunless by Jimmy Coco winning numerous awards and selling out on QVC uk.
Finally, in early 2025 , I opened my first private spray tan studio in Beverly Hills, Having a home base is something I always wanted.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I suffered inner struggles like self doubt even tho I’ve always done great work.

Located in Beverly Hills, I am proud to offer my services in a physical studio setting. Being the pioneer of mobile tanning my mobile tanning business has taken me all over the world. Today I enjoy the luxury of people coming to me and my trained assistants. We specialize in tailoring custom spray tan mixes specific to your natural skin tone. We also offer tan line correction, full body contouring, All of these combined give a boost of self confidence to go out and be the best version of yourself. What sets me apart from others is my 20+ years experience and people trust me. I also patented a self tan glove, “Buff N Glow that begins your tan application with dry exfoliation, not wet (shower) exfoliation. I feel this is most effective ensuring the most natural looking, longer lasting tan.
How do you think about happiness?
My cats make me happy due to their unconditional love. I also love making my clients happy. That makes me happy too.
