Hi Jennifer, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I would have never thought that years ago I would be owning a business. Now, I’m a wife, mother of four, and an entrepreneur. Upon graduating high school in 2003, my goal was to complete college and become a Social Worker. I even worked in the field as a Residential Care Worker II, completing nearly 8 years of work. I directed, supervised, and provided a high level of care for adolescents under the Department of Children and Families and Probation.
Being dedicated to helping and caring for our youth, I ended up working long hours and overnight shifts, which began to have a converse effect on my personal life. At the time, I was often away from my daughter, not being able to spend the time I should with her due to the amount of hours I was working. I had soon come to the realization that spending time with my daughter was more important than working so much. I knew eventually I would have to change careers to allow more flexibility and time with my family.
Despite my enjoyment in working in the social services field, I started to make plans for my next move.
Since I alwavs admired the beauty industry and the beautiful work my hairstylist would provide for me, in 2009 I decided to enroll in a cosmetology school with a dream of becoming the owner of a salon or business that provides beauty services. Because of my dream, I had also attended Cosmo Makeup Academy in Tustin and TNT Agency in Chino Hills to receive proper training and education. It wasn’t until 2014 that I took on my very first bridal job, and from that day forward, Bridal Beauty Co. was created, bringing along with it a quite incredible journey. I knew right away this is where I was meant to be. Over the years, I ended up having more children and starting my family with my husband. Now working in weddings across Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire, Bridal Beauty Co. continues to grow and what I love the most is being in charge of making my own work schedule, being my own boss and creating the opportunity to be more present in my children’s lives. Now with over a decade of experience, I look back and I’m glad I took the leap of faith. My specialty is working with brides. There’s just something truly special about styling my brides. I love getting them ready for their most special day. For me, it’s not just about creating beautiful makeup and hairstyles – it’s my passion it’s about empowering my clients and helping them feel like the very best version of themselves. confident and beautiful.

I stay up to date on the latest makeup and hair trends, and I’m also very versatile. I enjoy working with different skin tones so I can have the ability to enhance everyone’s natural beauty. I am extremely grateful for my husband, who is supportive in everything I do, and my children who are my motivation.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing comes easy it takes hard work and determination. Owning a business is a unwavering commitment to turning a dream into reality.
To embrace entrepreneurship is to embrace a continuous journey of learning and adaptability. Along with its challenges and uncertainties is part of building a successful business. It can be exhausting at times because I wear many hats. I handle everything from marketing to customer service. Despite the challenges, the journey is so rewarding. I’m grateful for the opportunities, for the beautiful clients I get to meet and for staying booked.
