Meet Jennifer Cai of Proud Pets Boutique & Grooming in Valley Village

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Cai.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Since childhood the love for pets was always in my heart. I wanted to be around lots of dogs at the same time, but it was not possible, I also wanted to find a way to make every dog pretty, and I wanted to make sure they feel great and they look awesome. After looking for the perfect place, I found my little grooming salon where my furry friends can feel amazing and where parents can be sure their furry friends are treated well. The love I have for pets drove me to purchase my own grooming salon since 2016, and since then parents trust us with their little furry buddies.

I want every pet to be in a safe and positive grooming environment, this is why I am in love with my salon, because here we don’t use cages, our furry friends run free around our shop (store is fully secure). My team is very caring and they are skilled groomers, fully groomed licensed.

At our shop we love working with pet parents, because they trust us with their furry friends.

I am committed to providing the finest pet care available.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has been very smooth. Our pet parents are happy with our service, our furry friends are happy, and this is what matter the most for us. Sometimes is hard to keep everybody happy but we do our best always.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Proud Pets Boutique & Grooming – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
My company is called Proud Pets Grooming Salon. We do grooming for cats and dogs. We have licensed groomers, and we are known to be always cage free. We love to have our furry friends feel free.

I am proud of my staff, because they demonstrate what this company is about, they treat each dog with respect and love, they make sure our pet’s parents are happy and they make our furry friends happy.

Proud Pets is a company full of love for our furry friends, and simply we love what we do.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My plans for the future is to open a day care for our furry friends, and also to work together with nonprofit rescues to find homes to homeless cats and dogs. Also another plan is that we would love to open a second store.
