Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Buckley.
Jennifer, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started to look into acting around my sophomore year of high school. I would always participate in school plays no matter how big or small the role was only as long as I could act. It wasn’t until my senior year that I decided I wanted to pursue acting for film.
Now at first, I doubted myself so I tried coming up with a different career path, and I thought about how math always came easily to me. After interning at an engineering company, I realized I was crazy because acting is what I was meant to do.
During my last semester of high school, I started to just look at schools with acting for film, which is what started the journey to LA.
We’d love to hear more about what you do.
I am an actress. I am most proud of not letting anything hold me back. I recently graduated from college and signed on with two agencies. I am constantly auditioning and building my craft!
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
A lot of things have happened that I have been proud of. Honestly, the proudest moment has been, getting these two agents. That helped me be more motivated in my career.
