Today we’d like to introduce you to Jamie Grieb-Spragg.
Jamie, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
The pursuit of finding the safest, most natural, yet EFFECTIVE skin care and cosmetics products became my obsession long before I decided to turn my passion into a career by becoming an Esthetician. I have a yearning to help educate others to become more informed consumers. I am so happy to have found a line of products to use and retail that has not only been able to meet all of my rigid requirements, but has managed to far surpass and exceed each and every one of them!
For those who can’t personally schedule a visit with me at my skin care practice located in Westlake Village, CA – I’m happy to offer tips and tricks for natural treatments they can do/make for themselves at home. My blog is still a work in progress- but I’m adding more and more content as often as I can!!! It’s my mission to help anyone and everyone I can in their journey to make healthier cosmeceutical choices! (Our skin is our largest organ- and a porous one at that! It absorbs everything we place upon it- so the choices we make for what we use to care for it are super important and affect both our external and internal health!)
Has it been a smooth road?
The beauty industry is a fickle beast- there’s an overwhelming inundation of countless trends and fads cycling through the media at any given moment- and yet these “fads” are apt to change at the drop of the hat. What’s “sensationalized” one minute- is often derailed a few mere moments later and replaced with the next “it- thing!”. While it’s the simple nature of an ever evolving, and highly competitive industry- My goal is to give people the “insight” and “know-how” they need in order to be able to judge “hype” from “fact” themselves … teaching people how to read ingredient labels is usually the first place I start. It’s far easier a task than one would assume it to be- and there are very useful sites on the web that make the task even easier.

I found a second home in Westlake Village, Ca. It has all of the creature comforts of my hometown (Tigard, OR)- ample trees, vast parking lots (sorry Studio City- but I don’t miss the countless parking tickets you incurred me! Lol).
While I will forever miss the “change of seasons” I got to witness back when I lived in Oregon, I can’t fault Southern California for its beautiful landscapes and ever so amiable weather!
