Meet Insuk NOH of Northridge Meditation

Today we’d like to introduce you to Insuk NOH.

Hi Insuk, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
“Who am I? What is the true meaning of life? How should I live? What kind of life should I lead?”

Carrying these questions in my heart for so long was incredibly difficult. Living day by day without clear answers left me emotionally drained, and over time, I began to lose hope. In my mid-twenties, facing that confused and uncertain version of myself became almost unbearable. I felt like there was no solution anywhere, and that sense of despair ran deep.

That was when, through my sister’s suggestion, I came across this “releasing meditation” practice. I began my journey with guided training rooted in a scientific and structured method. As I meditated, I started to look deeply within, facing and letting go of the emotions and thoughts I had long stored inside.

The process wasn’t easy, but it allowed me to meet my true self. And the more I let go, the more truth revealed itself from within. One by one, the answers to my questions became clear. Eventually, I came to recognize my real self—and along with that, I found a clear direction for how I wanted to live my life.

Through this extraordinary practice, I am guiding more people to awaken to their true mind, just as I have, and to live their genuine lives. I live each day with a heart full of gratitude.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
“Coexist”
Because I was so sincerely searching for answers, beginning the journey of meditation felt natural to me. But letting go of the image of “myself” that I had built over the years—and stepping out of the world I had created for myself—was not easy. It took time, deep reflection, and consistent effort.

Looking back, I realize now that I was never truly alone on this journey. The world and the people in it were always there with me. But trapped within the walls of my own mind, I simply couldn’t see them or feel them.

Through meditation, I began to break down those inner walls, one by one. As I emptied and cleared those false layers of my mind, I slowly started to learn what it means to truly live with others—with openness, sincerity, and connection. And even now, that learning continues.

I’ve come to understand how precious it is to live connected to the world as my true self. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has walked with me on this path.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Our purpose is to help the people of the world live completely free of stress and anxiety, by realizing their True nature. Together we can create a more harmonious world.

Historically, one of the biggest obstacles to overcoming problems in daily life and reaching enlightenment was that the mind could not be defined precisely. This prevented people from discovering who they are and how to find their true mind.
Our meditation method teaches people how to cleanse the mind of the countless thoughts and images that are the roots of stress, anxiety, and so many other problems.

Now, you can know and become the Truth, that previously, you could only read and hear about.
You will know the answers to the basic questions in life: Who am I? Where do I come from? Where do I go when I die? Why do I live? What happens to me when I die?
You will discover the answers to all those questions as you cleanse the falseness in the mind and replace it with true wisdom.

With this meditation method you can cleanse your mind, using a simple, step-by-step guided method that anyone can easily follow. Our 7-step method is so simple that even 8-year-old children and their 80-year-old grandparents can follow it together.

An open and big mind can accept and harmonize so we can become oneness. When you become oneness you can help others, you can help the community and you can have harmony with others.
When we throw away the pictures, which is the human mind, we can restart with a fresh and clean new mind. After meditation behavior and action has to change, the more you throw away you will become free, will not have conflicts, you can restart with a clean, new and fresh mind.
