Today we’d like to introduce you to Ingalil Vallejo.
Hi Ingalil, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
It all started my fitness journey at 17 years old. In high school, I was over 200lbs that led me into an eating disorder. As a kid, I had depression. I didn’t fully understand how to be happy and confident. I relied on people and it created a negative event. I was severely depressed and that time, I was at 95 lbs, drinking and just getting into unhealthy habits. One day I woke up, let go of those negative people, and I started my fitness journey. Which led me in the path of creating better habits and finding my passion in fitness.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It was not a smooth road. It took me years and years to fully be confident and loving myself. I wanted to share my story to those who struggle with body dysmoprhia. Fitness helped me overcome it. Now I want to help others into healthier confident self.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
