Iesha, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
At the age of 15, I was forced as a teenager to do hair on my auntie about five days out of the week. Not knowing this was the start of me developing my niche in the world. From that age until now I have developed my skill and changed women’s self esteem by just adding a little hair to their lives. At the age of 18, I did my very 1st install and the finish look was flat, secure and flawless. With no knowledge of the technique, I executed the desired look like a pro. At that moment, I realized the skill that I posses was not only a skill but a talent as well as a gift. I travel all over the United States installing extensions on all hair textures and lengths.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I can honestly say throughout my career that it has been a smooth road overall. Listening and understanding what my clients want is what has allowed me to flourish and deliver exactly what is desired from my clients. Communication is key in this field of hair that I’m in.

I install extensions on all hair textures and lengths. What sets me apart from all other hair extension specialist is the fact that I understand the importance of having your hair look good. I specialize in all methods such as tape extensions, weaves, microlink extensions, crochet extensions, keratin extensions, U-Tip, and I-Tip. I have the talent to recreate any desired look regardless of my client’s hair issues. I am most proud of my miracle working hands.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success isn’t about money to me. I define success as making my clients happy. This is the reason I started doing what I do.
