Born in Huntington park, California and raised in Simi Valley, Humberto grew up with a front-row seat to Southern California’s vibrant cultural mix. His father worked among the elite of Los Angeles, modeling a level of presence and professionalism that Humberto would later bring into his own life and career. He studied journalism at Moorpark College to refine his voice — a skill that now amplifies his ability to communicate with clarity and confidence across diverse settings.
Though his journey began in media, Humberto found his true calling in real estate — a career that allows him to merge communication, creativity, and service. Whether he’s working with first-time buyers or touring homes with unique architectural charm, Humberto brings unmatched attention to detail, genuine enthusiasm, and a passion for helping families unlock their dreams. He proudly serves North Hollywood, Valley Village, Studio City, and beyond.
Outside the world of real estate, Humberto is deeply connected to his roots. He regularly travels to Mexico City to visit family and contribute to their avocado farm — a grounding reminder of heritage and hard work. At home, he spends quality time with his siblings and gives back through meaningful local engagement.
Currently, Humberto serves as a board member of the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, where he leads the Film Festival component of the annual Hispanic Heritage Festival, now in its second year. He also manages social media for the Simi Valley Hispanic Business Alliance, using his digital skills to celebrate and uplift local Hispanic-owned businesses.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Lately, I’ve felt the silence more than the support.
As I grow into the person I’m meant to be, the noise around me has faded and I’ve realized that the journey to purpose often comes with fewer cheers.
And that’s okay.
I’m human, so I give myself space to feel it. To miss the voices that once echoed louder. But I also trust that the right people the aligned ones will come when they’re meant to. And when they do, everything will make sense.
Until then, I’ve learned that being my own loudest cheerleader isn’t a setback it’s a blessing.
Because there’s power in knowing who you are, even when no one’s clapping.
