So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
The three of us partners met as young attorneys when we all worked at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office. We would have competitions on who can do the most jury trials and how many wins we can get. We collectively reached over 100 jury trials within the first 5 years as attorneys. We did everything we could to improve our advocacy. The three of us spent a month in Wyoming at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. We worked with professional actors on our presentation skills and trained with some of the best attorneys in the world. We took advantage as young lawyers to soak everything in and learn how to litigate for our clients. In 2018, we opened up our law firm specializing in personal injury. Since then, we are lucky to be in the position we are in where we receive most of our cases from other respected lawyers in town. We are a small firm that will only take a handful of serious injury cases where we can have the time to work directly with the client and work up each case properly.
Has it been a smooth road?
Like any firm, we have had ups and downs. We are used to being lawyers all day and now we are learning to be businessmen. We had to learn how to develop a system where we spend time developing the business without taking away time from our clients.

Our law firm specializes in helping people that have been injured in accidents or harmed because of the recklessness of another person/corporation. Most of our cases consist of auto accident and sexual assault cases. As a firm, we have focused on learning the art of storytelling so that we can be the best trial attorneys in the room if and when we are in trial. Because of our focus, we know how to properly evaluate a person’s case. Our opponents know that we will not hesitate to go to trial if our clients are not offered an appropriate settlement amount. Fortunately, because of our skillset, most of our clients do not ever get to trial because our opposition will end up doing what is right.
