Today we’d like to introduce you to Hanieh Sigari.
Hi Hanieh, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I came to America at six years old, the daughter of an Iranian social worker. Those first years in a new country were hard, but in my mom I had an amazing role model for what a strong woman can achieve! As I’ve grown, I’ve often relied on the lessons she taught me. She helped war widows, who had lost everything, to start over and take ownership of their own futures. To me, my mom embodies the spirit of the American Dream. She inspired me to not only work hard and become successful but to find greater meaning in my success. It’s why I founded Qyral—not just to disrupt the beauty and healthcare industries, but to help other women become successful as well. Together, we can achieve anything!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I decided before I founded Qyral that I wanted the business to have the greatest positive impact on the highest number of people. The best way to do that was to enter the social selling space. I know some consider that a controversial decision, but the concept of people selling through a trusted network doesn’t have to be bad if it’s run properly, with the right safeguards in place. For example, Qyral’s products are personalized for each individual user. That means it’s not possible for our consultants to carry an inventory.
One of the big problems with the industry at the moment is how out of date it feels. I had hoped to follow an established model for the industry, but when I researched what others were doing, it soon became clear they had no clear system for turning a novice into a success. I’m a big fan of systems because they can be duplicated and repeated and anyone can learn how to follow them. That’s why I tore up everything we’d done up to that point.
Instead, I worked with some of the most successful social sellers around today, creating a sequential, duplicatable system for Qyral consultants to learn. I don’t promise it’s easy, but it does deliver results.
Ultimately, I’d rather help 100 people become six- or seven-figure earners, than sign up 10,000 people who barely make anything—although eventually, I hope Qyral produces more millionaires than any other network marketing company out there! I dream that one day there will be Qyral products in every home.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Qyral?
The idea for Qyral came from my (very common) frustrations with the beauty industry. I was sick of serums that promised to “reverse aging overnight!” or “soothing” creams that made my skin break out. Why was it so hard to find products that simply worked like they said they would?
The problem, I learned, came from making skincare products for the mass market. We’re all unique, and our skin has unique needs based on our genetics and lifestyle and even our location. Making skincare products that are truly effective means finding ways to personalize them for each individual.
So I did.
Qyral’s proprietary algorithm matches individual customers with personalized, clinically formulated skin care products and dietary supplements that give their skin what it needs to function at its best. It might sound simple, but Qyral technology is at the cutting edge of both manufacturing and biochemistry. And because it’s a learning engine, it gets better and better all the time.
Getting the first products right took years, but now the investment in our algorithm and technology can be applied in even more exciting ways. If we can create personalized skin care products for every individual, why not healthcare products? And nutritional supplements? This is the future! It’s 2022—why shouldn’t your products be made for you?
We’re currently launching our first product line expansion, combining Telehealth services with personalized, prescription-grade products to diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions. Thanks to our technology, we can even help people who suffer from skin problems that don’t have traditional over-the-counter or cosmetic remedies. I’m so excited to see what the future brings, and with our proprietary technology, I know we’ll always be at the cutting edge!
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I love the energy of LA. How dynamic and eclectic the people are. The city has its own vibe, it marches to the beat of its own drum. And, being an east-coast girl, I do enjoy the weather and the beaches!
However I have to admit, I do sometimes find LA to be isolating. Everyone pretty much sticks to their own neighborhoods and local communities. The traffic keeps us all on our own islands. Coming from the east coast, I’m used to more freedom of movement, where friends are just a quick drive or train ride away.
As an entrepreneur, the thing I love most of all about LA is how invested people are in creating something new or building something great. It sometimes seems like everyone is running a business or has a new project in the pipeline, and it’s invigorating to be surrounded by so much innovation. It’s a city where things happen, and that’s always exciting to witness.
