Greg, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I came to Los Angeles 9 years ago with a passion for acting. My roommate and I started out in the southeast as actors and still had representation there when we moved to LA. Since we had to continuously put ourselves on tape (actors do this for out of town auditions), we decided to invest in a decent camera to film ourselves. I took an interest in the camera beyond just the original intent of using it to film self-tapes. At first, I simply started watching a few YouTube videos trying to figure out how the camera works properly. Hundreds of hours of videos and over 50 free photoshoots later, I found myself having a photography company. I love that I am able to use my passion for photography to still work closely with actors even when I’m not on set acting myself. As an actor, I find I am able to relate to my client, being able to work closely together to capture that perfect moment.
Has it been a smooth road?
Starting your own business is never a smooth road. There are a lot of risks and challenges. First and most obvious is the financial one. Secondly, is the vulnerability. Anytime you do something when you are wearing your heart on your sleeve, there is a sense of vulnerability there. Although, when you are doing what you love, it makes all the “downs” worth it!

I’m a Los Angeles based Portrait photographer specializing in Actor Headshots, Corporate Headshots, and Lifestyle Photography. As an Actor Myself, I understand exactly what it feels like to be in front of the camera. LA has EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to do! I love introducing people to this city! As a beach guy and a mountain guy, I can have the best of both worlds while living in the heart of one of the best cities on the planet! What do I like least about LA? Ha, Traffic!!!

- Actor Headshots – $350 – this includes a consultation (over the phone or your welcome to come meet in person! Here we can discuss your wardrobe, locations, and the looks you are going for) 2.5 hour session (studio and environmental available, your choice to do both, or just one!), unlimited looks, 3 professional retouches, All the photos are yours to keep! Both JPG (emails and internet) and the RAW photos (retouching and printing). Hair and make up available on request.
- Corporate Headshots – $450 (includes one employee, then $75 for each additional employee – negotiations are available for companies with over 6 employees) – This includes full studio set up at your location so your employees don’t have to go anywhere and can stay focused on what matters most to you! This Also includes an in person consultation at your office, one professional retouch per employee, studio and environmental shoot per employee, and all of the photos including JPG (email and internet) and RAW (retouching and printing). Don’t need the studio at your office? Feel free to come to our studio! Same details, but the rates starts at only $350! Hair and make up available on request.
- Lifestyle/social media shoot – $250 – This includes a consultation meeting (in person or over the phone where we discuss up to 3 different locations, wardrobe, and the looks you are going for), 3 professional retouches, a social media shout out and follow, all the photos including JPG (email and internet) and RAW (retouching and printing). Hair and make up available on request.
- High End Photo Retouching – $15 per photo
