Meet Gohar Abrahamyan of Go Flawless Now

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gohar Abrahamyan.

Gohar Abrahamyan

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I stated with sports medicine in 2003 and wanted a more challenging field. In 2004 I worked as a pediatric Neurosurgical PA Cedars Sinai Med Center in LA for 3 years then after having my own children I took everything to heart and moved on to adult Neurosurgery. To balance out my chaotic surgical life, I also pursued a career in aesthetics, something I always admired. It was the perfect balance for me I call Beauty and the Beast

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No road to success is ever smooth. I remember how difficult it was in neurosurgery when I knew a lot of medicine but not much of neurosurgery. I spent so much of my own time reading and paid such close attention in the Operaring room until things became very smooth and I was trusted by my attending physician. Road to aesthetics was easy back in 2007. When not too many people were injecting botox, I was traveling to celebrities homes one or two weekends out of a month to inject them with botox/fillers. In 2021 I decided to open my own establishment and it took 2 years to be fully booked and established. It was extremely difficult to run a business since i knew how to be an employee but not an employer. I also launched a luxury skin care brand RxRenew in 2021 with a very unique lip product I, myself formulated along with some amazing skincare scientists. Today it is carried in 14 medical spas nationwide as their staple lip care product

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I specialize in regenerative medicine and anti-aging. Whether it’s a holistic approach or a conventional approach, I’m here to support slowing down the aging process or give a nonsurgical facelift with a lift in my patient’s confidence.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Aesthetics is a very unique yet competitive field. It combines art, precision and patience. Being a mentor and a teacher to many practitioners, I have learned that you either have it or you don’t. Anyone can learn the knowledge part, but applying it seamlessly with art is where the uniqueness of the field comes in. It is extremely important to never get comfortable in your skills. After almost 2 decades of injecting, I still take courses and stay up to date with every new product, technique and technology. One very important course to take in aesthetics is a cadaver course, where you can see first hand a human anatomy while injecting. It’s a fun field but not for everyone.
