Glenroy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
At 22, I took a leap and moved from New York to California with nothing guaranteed. The job I lined up fell through, but instead of giving up, I started building connections, putting up flyers, and creating my own opportunities. That grind led to my first big real estate deal—close to six figures—which opened the door to everything that followed.

From there, I’ve built multiple businesses, led sales and marketing teams for multi-million-dollar companies, and now I’m focused on scaling ventures in AI and consulting while building a strong future for my family.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road definitely hasn’t been smooth. When I moved across the country, it felt like starting life over—no network, no safety net, just belief that I could make something out of nothing.

There were nights I wondered if I made a mistake. Deals would fall through, money would run low, and the weight of trying to build a new life got heavy. But I had to figure it out—step by step, setback after setback.

Those moments forced me to grow up fast. I learned how to create doors where there weren’t any, stay locked in when things looked impossible, and build a level of resilience that’s now the backbone of how I lead and grow businesses today.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I help businesses scale by bringing together two things I know best—marketing and AI. My background is in leading sales and marketing teams to multi-million-dollar growth, and now I use that experience with AI to help companies grow faster and smarter.

What makes me proud is that this isn’t theory for me. I’ve built businesses from nothing, led teams through tough markets, and learned firsthand how hard it is to scale without burning out. Aivara is my way of giving other businesses the tools and strategy I wish I had when I started.
