My story in my journey in Health and Fitness is to create services that will help the majority of people by being efficient and have competitive prices to be able to attain a Health and Fitness lifestyle.
I would like to say I started my journey when I was 5 when I started playing sports but I started my business when I was 19 years old. Being an athlete for over 20 years, the services I offer have always been things I have done to help myself maintain my lifestyle through Meal Prepping and Supplementation. That was the exact question I asked myself when I had to differentiate my business from others which was to create services that would help individuals on a daily basis to make this more than a transaction. I did not go to school for business so creating and expanding my passion to help people has always been my main goal.
Today we help hundreds of individuals through our Meal Prep and Supplement services. We are going on our 4th year at our physical store location in Los Angeles at 13606 Roscoe Blvd in Panorama City and we were the first company to distinguish ourselves as the “Home to Meal prep and Supplements.” Our goal is to perfect our services every day to be able to create the best experience possible for our clients. We are honored to be able to help professional athletes, Celebrities, and most importantly anyone in Los Angeles that finds it difficult to juggle work, family, and gym time.
I can say first hand as a family man, business owner, and health and fitness professional that I can relate to the daily battles we have to juggle our schedule to make our lifestyle work and most importantly be proud of our quality of work.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Life is not a smooth road and it is imperfectly perfect.
No, being a family man, business owner, and Health and Fitness enthusiast has not been a smooth road for House of Vitamins Sports Nutrition.
I have been fortunate enough to have a great support system and clients that find value in what we do. It is all about our clients and being able to have services that will help them and our challenges will always be to narrow that gap and to have satisfied customers through the results they receive from our services.

I am definitely proud of the people we help on a daily basis. I know how I feels when help is offered and how good it feels to be able to attain something positive from it.
A perfect example of what makes us different is having my nutritionist Jason call our clients and figure out how we can make them understand or answer any questions they might have to make their journey with House of Vitamins a lifestyle. Our goal is to influence people in health and fitness.

All of my staff deserves credit but I have to highlight Jason, my nutritionist, for believing in House of Vitamins Sports Nutrition to help our clients every day with a passion. I cannot thank him enough!
My immediate family definitely deserves credit. They have been the best example without them even knowing it. I cannot even imagine what they went through as immigrant parents in the United States having to raise two boys. They must be strong individuals mentally, physically, and spiritually to be able to set a good example to myself and my brother.
