Today we’d like to introduce you to Eddie Karapetyan.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Eddie. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
It all started in high school when I worked at dry cleaners. I worked in the front assisting customers. We had an extremely detail oriented spotter who was very precise as to how everything should be done. Since each material in dry cleaning requires special treatment, he was very demanding with high expectations from all the employees. Being a perfectionist myself, I wanted to learn all the techniques that would uphold the highest standards. After paying close attention daily to all the aspects of the work, within a few months I was promoted to managing the entire store which consisted of 25 employees without the presence of the business owner.
Shortly after, I was offered an opportunity to purchase a store on the verge of going out of business for a great price. After taking a look at the cleaners, I knew that I would be capable of making it a success. In 1999, with the help and support of my parents I was able to purchase these dry cleaners and make it a very successful business. After a few years, we opened numerous locations.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We’ve had obstacles along the way but thankfully nothing that we weren’t able to overcome. We constantly try to improve our business with new ideas and equipment to make it more successful.

EZ Cleaners was established in 1999 in Pasadena, CA. Our number one goal at EZ Cleaners is to provide excellent quality as well as customer service. Our staff consists of well experienced spotters, tailors, pressers, and customer service employees.

The quality of our work and our customer service skills are the most important characteristics to our success. We treat each customer with the upmost respect and honesty. As for the quality, we give each garment the necessary attention needed to look perfect.
