Today we’d like to introduce you to Draza Jansky.
Draza, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Moving to Los Angeles took my coaching career to a new level! LA and Malibu are home to the most innovative creators and entrepreneurs I’ve ever worked with. I love being a part of bringing people’s “California Dream” to life. Impossible is not in the vocabulary here.
My LA clients ask “How do we create this?” rather than “Can we create this?” They’re prepared to do the internal and external work it takes to blaze their own trail. That focus and commitment makes them great collaborators in the coaching process.
Coaching is a really in-depth and intimate way to work with our community. It’s made me fall in love even more with LA and the people who live here. It’s exciting to be a clarifying presence as people navigate challenges, push through insecurities, and keep moving forward.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Finding the people and places that really stimulate and nourish you is crucial. There is so much opportunity here, but it can get overwhelming unless you really have a sense of focus and purpose. Developing authentic friendships as soon as I moved here was key. Becoming a member at NeueHouse, a work/play space for creatives and entrepreneurs, was also game-changer in developing my community and expanding my work.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Draza Jansky Coaching?
Creators and entrepreneurs come to me when they feel driven to spark more passion, purpose and pleasure in their life experience. I provide support, strategy, and accountability to help them express their inner purpose outwardly in their careers and personal life. It’s been life-changing to share my work in three of the fields California is known for: Tech/AI, Arts/Entertainment, and Health/Wellness.
In the arts I’ve helped actors, directors, and editors align with their inner vision and take strategic steps to bring it to life. In tech, I’ve guided innovators in to align with their purpose and create next-level products and processes. In wellness, I’ve empowered clients to take command of their own mental/physical health and facilitate that growth for others.
It’s exciting to see the impact that these coaching collaborations have on my clients, and on the evolution of Los Angeles. Every single one of us contributes to what makes this city one of the most innovative places on the planet.
What matters most to you? Why?
Sense of humor is essential for any creator or entrepreneur! We tend to be very focused and driven. So it’s key to balance that by zooming out and looking at the big picture, That leads to relaxation and laughter . . .and then new insights! That reset leads to more powerful creation.
