Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Mike Flores
Hi Dr. Mike , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?

I was born while I had Mexico in 1983 and came over to the United of a child. I’m growing up. I was in English sign language classes and was very very difficult growing up as a child in the United States not knowing any English as I went through elementary school and junior high, I developed more confidence and more courage and speaking language.
In high school I developed a passion for a sports medicine and athletics developed also into a passion for helping others that being said is that got me that into them, my college major at San Diego State University, which is kinesiology upon my major. I got into orthopedics and other types of support injuries and not only training Pete training, but also rehab rehab, and integrative medicine and other types of ways to help athletes during this time also held over hundred internships and hundred intern internships also developed passion for the business side of sports medicine which then got me into let me to chiropractic school during chiropractic school, not learning the sports chiropractic things and helping others as a sports physician.
During chiropractic school, I also developed a passion for the business development of sports medicine and in that time I wanted to know how to grow different businesses, especially in the sports medicine field that led me when I graduated I actually started business side of things right away, especially about serving others serving the community and growing up business with community That grow within grow clinics four states and five years
Today the Amp brand is a multi million dollar sports chiropractic and integrative medicine practice with that features not only chiropractic but also partners with progenitive medicine HRT red light therapy acupuncture, sports massage, cryolite therapy, infrared therapy as well as many other items to help patient with nutrition I IV therapy and several other things are going to help todays human.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road to be honest as much glories you obtain with every challenge comes several sub challenges, so first language, being the fact that I didn’t know English second that I didn’t really know how to manage money or manage your business and also the fact that I didn’t even know how to be here in Orange County growing grown up in LA county you didn’t really know how to be around Orange County because it was very different challenges. He is also interacting with people that really being around other people that I really had to grow so that being said is almost challenges challenge me to grow in those things so one thing I always told us I was exceeded expectations and that is not only how I surprised all expectations almost challenges. I’ve grown it and I’ve also developed others to overcome those challenges as well.
