Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Joel Gould.
Dr. Joel Gould has been practicing Dentistry since 1991 in both Vancouver Canada, and Los Angeles. His General and Cosmetic Dental Practices treat patients of all ages and offer a broad range of services. His articles focusing on organic preventive healthcare have been published in 52 countries around the world. He is the author of the bestselling book “The Perfect Smile”, and the upcoming new book “The Modern Epidemic”. Dr Gould is focused on treating chronic disease organically through nutrition and behavior in his groundbreaking “sleep restoration program”. As an alternative to CPAP therapy, he is focused on treating insomnia, snoring, bruxism (clenching and grinding) and obstructive sleep apnea with oral devices.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
This road has not been easy. It has been met with difficulty from his own primary care physician who ignored the published peer-reviewed studies touting the benefits of Vitamin D and other nutrients. Dr. Gould realizes that our current allopathic medical system in the US is for profit and guided not by physicians and caretakers but by pharmaceutical companies and medical insurance companies. Some people lack the cohesive understanding of how our bodies really work and aren’t ready to accept the changes needed to take care of their dental and overall health.

Modern American Dentistry houses state of the art cosmetic and restorative dentistry along with anti-aging treatment such as botox and juvederm. His sleep apnea program Modern Sleep Solutions is at the same location and helps treat sleep apnea with a range of the latest in sleep devices and supplements. Dr. Gould offers Sol Sleep vitamins to everyone at the office and soon on Amazon and other trusted online retailers.
