My professional journey has been a dynamic and unconventional path that began during my military service in California. While stationed there, a pivotal moment occurred when my seven-year-old daughter expressed her passion for acting. Recognizing the potential in the entertainment industry, I took a bold step and founded Arykas and Ybots Public Relations Firm. This venture allowed me to leverage my skills in communication and networking, leading to the representation of notable Hollywood actors such as the late Tom Sizemore and Daniel Baldwin. As I gained experience and insights into the industry, I expanded my expertise into talent management, broadening my role and responsibilities. Building on this success, I launched Panther Trail Films, further diversifying my portfolio in the entertainment sector. Throughout this journey, I’ve been based in Los Angeles, the heart of the film industry, which has provided invaluable opportunities for growth and networking. This progression from military service to entertainment entrepreneurship demonstrates my adaptability, strategic thinking, and ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities in a competitive field.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Throughout my professional journey, I have encountered numerous challenges that have contributed significantly to my growth and development. It would be inaccurate to characterize the path as smooth; rather, it has been a series of valuable learning experiences. I have been fortunate to benefit from the guidance of several esteemed mentors who have been instrumental in enhancing my understanding and expertise in this extraordinary industry.
In the initial stages of my career, I faced notable obstacles as a minority individual with a discernible accent. This circumstance necessitated frequent presentation of my credentials to establish credibility in professional settings. However, as I have progressively augmented my knowledge of the business aspects of this industry, I have observed a marked shift in how I am perceived and received by colleagues and clients alike.
These challenges, while formidable, have ultimately served to strengthen my resolve and broaden my skill set. They have instilled in me a deep appreciation for perseverance and continuous learning, qualities that I believe are essential for success in this dynamic field. The experience of overcoming these hurdles has not only enhanced my professional capabilities but has also equipped me with valuable insights that inform my approach to mentorship and leadership in my current role.

At Panther Trail Films, we specialize in bringing creative visions to life through film and TV production. As an executive producer and producer, I’ve had the privilege of working on notable projects such as “Recipes for Love,” “American Trash,” “PTSD: A Soldier’s Revenge” among others. We’re constantly expanding our portfolio, with several exciting films slated for production in 2024-2025
Arykas & Ybots PR, based in North Hollywood, is our strategic public relations and talent management firm. We offer a comprehensive suite of services including talent publicity, branding, marketing, social media management, special events, and production services like pitch decks and EPKs.
