Meet Dennis Razo of DRazo Entertainment

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dennis Razo.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Dennis. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I began my DJ journey in 2005 as DJ Wiked, I began doing backyard parties with Low End DJ equipment that I would borrow or buy used. I eventually was able to purchase my own DJ equipment although it was not the best I was able to make it thru most events with only a Blown tweeter LOL. Although my equipment was very low end apparently my mixing was good, I kept getting booked. I continued doing small events and gradually was able to afford High end gear. I quickly began turning down gigs because I was only able to cover one per day, fortunately, my brother caught on very quickly and he began helping me cover small events. I began doing weddings and my attention to detail made Brides & Grooms feel very comfortable working with me from their Business took off, in 2012 I established DRazo Ent. I now work with a team of committed & Talented DJ’s, we are able to cover several large events in one day, something I had never dreamed of.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road at all, several people have doubted my decisions and there have been times that I have made bad decisions and it makes me feel like I want to give up. But I love what I do, that’s why I continue.

Please tell us about DRazo Entertainment.
We offer mobile DJ Service, we specialize in doing Weddings, Sweet 16 & Quinceaneras. I believe one of the things we are known for is our PartyBOT (10-foot-tall LED Robot).

What I am most proud of as a company is that we are always trying to innovate and set trends for others to follow.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
All the bad decisions and errors have taught me a lot, but one of the things that I would change would be taking business management classes earlier.
