Meet Denise Bella Vlasis of Tribute Productions Talent & Entertainment

Today we’d like to introduce you to Denise Bella Vlasis.

The Entertainment Industry “Go to Girl” and President of Tribute Productions Talent, Denise Bella Vlasis has worked hands-on in the Entertainment Industry since 1985. She graduated from ART Company Theater (Laguna Beach) with Scholarships in theater, dance, and choreography.

She is a Published Author of Two Entertainment Books and has made her mark in the Celebrity Impersonator industry as one of Madonna’s top Hollywood Doubles working in feature films, TV, Print, voice over, body double and even for Madonna herself.

She is also the Creator of Hollywood’s very first Retro Pin-Up Girl/Cigarette Girl Agency, Mrs. Bella’s Dolls, where she designs her own line of Custom Costumes & Trays. Bella has done the Casting for endless TV Shows, Print Advertisement, and has partnered with some of today’s biggest Casting Directors.

Bella’s ability to Produce Specialty and niche performers “on demand” for top Casting Directors and Event Planners has allowed her to flourish as a “Top Booking Agent” for over three decades.

TV Show Producers and Celebrity Event Designers have come to rely on Bella for their own high profile Bookings because of her expertise and knowledge of the Industry.

Has it been a smooth road?
The road to Hollywood has been an amazing and unpredictable road for me.

Starting our as Madonna’s Hollywood double opened many doors for me. Along the way of working as a double, I was able to meet casting directors, agents, and producers who would help to open doors for me.

I learned hands on how to produce, direct and cast for TV, film, print jobs and live events.

I worked for some of my favorite celebrities and even ended up as a personal assistant to Christina Aguilera.

I feel like the obstacles were learning who my “real friends” were along the journey and had to learn some hard lessons when “hiring friends.” Having my original ideas and my work copied and plagiarized by these friends who had been trained by me personally was a devastating and sad lesson. However, even in those challenges, it taught me great and valuable lessons and pushed me to be a smarter business person and to continue to create and to keep thinking outside the box.

Being an agent is not always an easy (or fun) job, but in the end, knowing that I am making a way for some of the most talented and creative people in my life- that keeps me going!
