Today we’d like to introduce you to Deborah McMahon.
Deborah, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My business began with my License as a Marriage, Family, Child Counselor. I opened my practice in 1981. I then became a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. Eventually, I also became an Agape Licensed Spiritual Practitioner. My need for a broader aspect to healing led me to LA School of Homeopathy where I studied and became a Homeopath. I have created Total Personal Development which combined these modalities addressing mental, physical, spiritual, and energetic healing by dealing with the root cause and facilitating true healing.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not smooth, every modality had limitations with certain individuals so I had to create a knowledge base that was broad enough to help anyone. I do not see things as struggles but as opportunities to grow, expand, and learn.
Please tell us about Choice.
I specialize in serving the individual where they are so I can facilitate in getting people their dreams, wants, and desires. Very goal oriented service is provided. I am proud of the amazing things that my clients have achieved. I get people out of their box and move them beyond perceived limitations. My intention is to do what it takes to release old ideas and get rowdy in life by expanding consciousness and going for the gusto and joy in life. What sets me apart is that I am totally involved in the transformation sometimes on a daily basis. I am committed to the process on a deep and spiritual level.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Having lots of pet butterflies!
