Today we’d like to introduce you to David Hoffer.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
It all started with my own battle and struggle with hairless at a young age and as it got progressively worse, I attempted almost everything to try and save what I had left or at least look and feel better. Nothing worked. As men, we are supposed to be macho and not show our insecurities, but we do have them and dealing with them is difficult.
I stumbled upon Scalp Micropigmentation while searching for yet another solution to hair loss, and it changed my life. I wanted to share my experience of gaining my confidence back with others that felt the same way I did and decided then to make sure I became the best SMP artist I could be, in order to help change others lives.
I quickly became recognized by my professional peers as one of the top artists in the country and then internationally as well, all because of my genuine passion and love to make a difference in peoples lives. And this is why I don’t feel like I work a day in my life, I give a gift.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Nothing good and worthwhile is smooth… The attempt to learn the procedure was tedious and expensive, not to mention the numerous fake companies out there to get my money.
I, unfortunately, joined forces with one of them, but quickly realized their deception. But I always try to find the good in everything, even the bad things. I either win or learn and FAIL is simply First Attempt In Learning…

I am the only artist at my company, so each and every client gets the utmost attention. I strive to make every client feel special and walk out with not only a life-changing procedure, they now have a new friend in me.
I am most proud of growing to the elite level, simply based on my attention to detail and my compassion for people in human nature. There are many many SMP artists across the world that I have relationships with and am known in the industry as the “guy who wants everyone to be successful” by helping in areas that will promote their businesses as well
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is simply… HAPPINESS.
