Meet Darious Harris of Never Stop Grinding and Never Stop Grinding Impact

Today we’d like to introduce you to Darious Harris.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Grinding has always been apart of my day-to-day life. Prior to becoming a full-time entrepreneur, I was working a full-time job while balancing being a Professional Athlete. I use to sometimes work 14 days straight, 10-hour shifts… and still got off and managed to train between 2-4 hours a day. My motto is to balance your dreams and your job until one of your dreams becomes your job. Never Stop Grinding was built from the grind of pure hard work. When people wear my apparel or use my products… I want them to be inspired, motivated, and to love and believe in themselves.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Adversity is apart of life and overcoming obstacles builds character. At my last fight… I was main event at the Globe Theatre in Downtown LA, in front of hundreds of people. This was the biggest fight of my career. Not only was there a lot of pressure for me to perform at my highest level, I had also suffered a serious injury during training… which almost caused me to pull out of the fight. It was a struggle to fight with such a serious injury against a tough opponent. I feel like the reason I overcame that situation is because I did not want to let my supporters down.

As you know, we’re big fans of Never Stop Grinding and Never Stop Grinding Impact. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I am a multi-business owner, I own a for profit (Never Stop Grinding) and a nonprofit (Never Stop Grinding Impact). My for profit is my first business, I started off just selling T-shirts. Now I offer a variety of items, one item that I’d like to highlight is my Never Stop Grinding Sweat Cream. It is the best sweat cream in the world… and can be purchased at www.nsglifestyle.com lose that weight, don’t wait! Order fast while supplies last. One thing that separates Never Stop Grinding from other brands is that my positive energy is instilled in the logo. Whenever a person is wearing NSG appeal or using any NSG products… self-love, grind and belief is being instilled in them. If they don’t have it already, the NSG mindset will be introduced into their lifestyle. My nonprofit organization, Never Stop Grinding Impact was started to give back to my hometown of Rialto, CA. Our purpose is to provide love, empathy and resources to the at-risk youth that are suffering from emotional trauma. We believe that if we save the youth, we save the future. If you would like to donate to our cause or learn more about my organization, Please visit our website at www.neverstopgrindingimpact.com.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
My advice is to make sure that you start something that you believe in and that you align with it. I believe that we live in a world today where social media influences mindsets. A lot of times people get trapped into doing what the next person is doing instead of doing something that they actually love. Whatever you start, make sure you love what you do. Never Stop Grinding and your dreams will come true.
