Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Cobb.
Hi Danielle, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Ever since my first born, I knew how much a photo truly meant to me. Documenting every little detail about him was so important to me. As time went on and different seasons came my way, I wanted to capture life just as it was!
I’m also proud to say that the creative in me comes from my dad’s side of the fam. My Grandpa Chico has an eye for photography and some major conga skills. Growing up I remember gramps having all his equipment and beautiful prints of his B+W images. He would be the one with a camera in hand, taking photos any time our family was together. And now that’s me!
Though my work has evolved and transformed over the years, my love for photos being more than just something to see, but something to feel and experience—has been a constant.
I came to realize that photography was just a part of who I am- being a wife and a mom of four keeps me busy, as well as making time for family beach days, cooking in my tiny kitchen, and simply keeping up with life.
Photography is and will always be my creative art and one that is my true passion!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Honestly, photography will only have its struggles if you allow it. The competitiveness is where the struggles can come in. Comparing your work to all these other AMAZING photographers can really affect you. You have to be really confident in your own work and stay true to what makes your art YOU!

I’m a photographer based in beautiful Orange County, CA. I specialize in shooting lifestyle portraits, family, motherhood, engagements, and elopements/weddings while capturing your story with a meaningful documentary style.
